Florida vacation homes, but in particular Orlando rental villas,
vary in size and more importantly, in
comfort and quality of furnishings. Larger Orlando rental villas will have
sufficient bedrooms to sleep larger parties, but be careful - do
they really cater for larger numbers? When booking your
Disney holidays, you want to ensure the rental villa you
book does cater for a party of your size.
One sure fire way to see
is to take a look at the dining facilities. When looking at
Orlando rental villas see what size dining table the home has.
If there are 10 travellers, does the
dining table have 6, 8 or 10 seats? If there is insufficient
seating for your party where do you all sit and eat together?
And what about the pool and lanai area? Is there enough room for
you all to relax in the Florida sun and enjoy the pool
facilities i.e. sun beds and seats - are there enough of
them?
Sure you can make do,
but why spoil your holiday with these minor irritants? Not all
Florida vacation homes are the same!
Our Philosophy
Our villa, Disney Mouse House, is an executive 5-bedroom luxury villa sleeping
10 plus a baby/toddler. Yes we could have a sofa bed or two and sleep
greater numbers, but the truth is we don't want OUR guests to have to
make do. We want them to have a great time and not have their
Disney holidays spoiled by the accommodation. We not
only offer luxury accommodation but a luxury HOME - with lots of
room for everyone to have, and enjoy, their own 'space'. To do this
then the home must have all the space and facilities needed for the
number of people it sleeps. We have the room, believe us - there is
almost 3,200 square feet under cover. We simply feel that
as a 5-bedroom villa one should not compromise on comfort and
'space' merely for profit (as many 4 and 5 bedroom owners of Orlando
villa rentals do).

To back up our claim about space, size, comfort and quality of

rental contract will be sent to you for signing and returning to us.
