 Up to 6-Night Stays

 7 and 14-Night Stays

To calculate the cost of your vacation is quite simple.  Firstly determine which price band the home you wish to book is in (see the villa's individual web page).  If you wish to go for 7 or 14 nights then find the your travel dates on the chart below in the appropriate price band.  The rates for all dates throughout the year are stated.  Find the period you wish to book on the chart  below and use the weekly/fortnightly rate shown.   Florida Sales Tax is already included.

 8 to 13-Night Stays

Likewise, for stays of between 8 to 13 nights please e-mail us for a quote.  However, for a rough guide as to the cost, find your travel dates on the chart below, divide the weekly cost by 7 and multiple by the number of nights you require.   Rates include Florida sales tax.

 15 to 20-Night Stays

For a guide as to costs for stays of between 15 and 20 nights, these can be calculated in a similar fashion to stays for 8 to 13 nights.  Find your travel dates on the chart below.  The first 14 nights are charged at the two-week rate stated.  Divide the weekly rate by 7 and multiple by the additional nights in excess of 14 that you wish to stay.  So for a 17 night stay, get the weekly rate for your time period, divide it by 7 and then multiple by 3.  Then add the two-week rate applicable to your travel dates.   For a definitive cost, please e-mail us.

 21 Night Stays & Longer (5% Discount)

For stays of 21 nights, find your travel dates on the chart below.  Take the weekly rate and the fortnightly rate to get the cost for the 21 nights.  Take off 5% discount.

For a guide as to the cost for more than 21 nights, divide the weekly rate by 7 and multiply by the number of additional nights over 21 that you wish to stay (up to 6 nights).   Add this to the 21-night stay and deduct 5% discount.  For a definitive cost please e-mail us.

For 28 nights, find the your travel dates on the chart below and multiply the 2-weekly rate by 2 and deduct 5% discount.

 Cross-Seasonal Stays

If the period of your stay crosses over two season then please e-mail  us for a quote.

 Pool Heating

7 nights = £120 / $180 plus 3 nights @ £20/$30  (£60/$90).   Total therefore = £180 / $270

 Seasonal Dates

The seasonal dates are as follows:

Low season – November, December and January.

Mid season – February, March, April, May, September and October.

High season – June, July and August.

Peak season – Easter and Christmas.
