Rental Villas Near Disney
Booking
is simple and very straight forward. They provide a cheap
vacation when you book direct with the owners. When
booking Disney Mouse House you are booking direct with the owners.
To book a holiday you must first enquire as to the villa's
availability. The procedure to do this, how to book the
villa and when all the necessary payments are payable, are
provided below. Payment by cheque, debit or credit card is
acceptable. For credit card payment please use the PayPal
link below. However please do not make any payments until
requested to do so. A rental agreement for booking Disney
Mouse House will be sent to you providing details of the amounts
and dates payments are due by. Please see below for a
summary of the process.
Disney Mouse House Availability
To book,
firstly you should enquire as to the villa's availability.
To do this simply click on the link directly below and advise us
of your intended travel dates. If you also wish to receive a
copy of our free CD ROM you can also request this when completing
the enquiry form. Upon receipt of the enquiry we shall let
you know if we can accommodate your request. If so, we shall
provide you with the fully inclusive cost of the villa for your
dates. Upon receipt you can e-mail us back to book.
When doing so, please provide us with your home address, home
telephone number and the number of travellers (adults/children).
A Rental Agreement will be prepared and e-mailed to you for
completion and return.

Villa Rental Agreement
A
deposit of 20% of the rental cost is required at the time of
booking. The short term rental agreement, providing the full terms
and conditions of rental, will need to be signed. This document will
be sent upon receipt of the e-mail/telephone provisional booking.
The provisional booking will be held for 21 days only. The rental
charge deposit should be returned with the signed rental agreement.
The balance of the rental charge (i.e. the remaining 80%, the sales
tax and insurance premium) is payable 12 weeks prior to the booking
period. The rental agreement will provide full details of the
amounts required and the dates these payments are due by.
