Disney Mouse House is an up-market property although, when you
compare the cost to other villas in the same luxury bracket, our
pricing does not reflect the 'luxury' price tag associated with
these other Disney villas. If you haven't done so already,

Detailed below are the
seasonal rental charges (for the villa not per person) for 2007.
In this example we will take a
10 night low season booking. Firstly, we see that
the 7-night rate for a low season booking is £535. For the
additional 3 nights, the nightly low season rate is £90 per
night. The rate for this vacation would therefore
be:
Weekly rate of £535, plus 3
nights @ £90 per night = £805.
Add Florida sales tax @ 12% =
£97
Total therefore would be £902.
These charges do not include
pool heating (please
see below for further information).

Additional Charges

The above letting charges do not include the heating of the
pool. A charge of £20 per day / £120 per week will be payable.
Where pool heating is requested, this should, if possible, be
arranged beforehand so that it can be put on before you
arrive. If you prefer to wait and see how the weather
is, you can arrange with our management company to have it
switched on. However in addition to the pool charges
of $30 per day, a $50 management call out will also be payable.
These charge will be collected by the management company.
