FLORIDA RENTAL VILLAS NEAR DISNEY WORLD

For Orlando villa rentals  but in particular, Orlando rental villas near Disney, you will want a villa that makes you feel at home. The advantage of using Disney Mouse House for your holiday villa is that it is truly home from home. As it is our family vacation home, a substantial sum has been spent upgrading the property and designing it to our specifications to provide high levels of comfort. Everything you need is there (excluding your food and clothing of course!). Towels are supplied so all you really need is your sun cream and bathing costume (although your passport and a few dollars might also prove useful!).

The home, that sleeps 10 and one baby or toddler, has two double en-suite bedrooms (one king and one queen) each with its own television set and three twin rooms - ideal for the extended family or two families sharing. There is a cot (that can be converted to an intermediate or toddler bed) in the king master bedroom and a high chair in the kitchen nook should they be required. The photos on the right are of the king master bedroom (top) and the queen master bedroom (below).

There are three full bathrooms and a half bath (i.e. toilet and sink). Two bathrooms are en-suite and the third serves the other bedrooms. The half bath is located on the ground floor. The photo on the left is of the king master bathroom.

The kitchen is well-equipped with full cooking facilities, including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, four-slice toaster and slo-cooker. There is also a refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a washer and a dryer.

The family room (or lounge) is overlooked by the kitchen so mum (or dad as the case may be!) can continue to enjoy the family holiday experience, and the company, whilst preparing food. There is a 31-inch colour television that has cable, DVD player (with numerous family and children's DVDs) and a hi-fi (with  CDs).

There is a large outdoor private swimming pool and lanai (patio area) which is covered by a 'bird/insect cage'. The pool, which measures just over 30 ft x 15ft, is 5ft at its deepest and 3ft at its shallowest. All windows and doors leading to the pool are protected by child safety alarms thus preventing young children from entering the pool area without the parents knowledge.

	For a formal family dining experience, the villa has a separate full dining area that can seat 10 people.
For breakfast dining, there is a table and chairs available in the kitchen nook.
	For the outdoor lover, there is a barbeque by the swimming pool. There are also table and chairs in the covered lanai area that has a fan above to keep cool whilst dining and a light for evening entertainment.

For those looking for a more peaceful and relaxing time at 'home' whilst not enjoying the delights of Orlando, there is a separate reading area (with two sofas) that overlooks, and has access to, the pool area via sliding patio doors.

On the other hand, the sun-worshipers can relax on the numerous sun beds by the pool.

The villa has two air conditioning systems, one upstairs and one downstairs, allowing you the luxury of setting a more comfortable temperature whilst sleeping. This is particularly convenient if you have young children going to bed early in the evening because your own comfort, whilst relaxing downstairs, will not be affected.  Shown below are the three twin bedrooms all located on the first floor.
